To be eligible for the Georgia College & State University Double Bobcat program,
you must carefully read the following attestations and enter your initials after each.

1. I understand that any courses completed in the Double Bobcat Pathway Program will be
converted to graduate credit only if I am fully accepted to The Graduate School at Georgia
College and complete at least one term of graduate coursework.

2. I understand that the courses taken under the Double Bobcats Pathway Program will not
transfer to another institution.

3. I understand that if I receive a final grade lower than a B in any course taken under the
Double Bobcats Pathway Program, I will not be able to continue in the program or earn any
additional graduate credits as an undergraduate.

4. I understand that is my responsibility to apply for the appropriate Georgia College graduate
program by the published deadlines. I also understand that admission to that program is not
guaranteed, regardless of my performance in Double Bobcat courses.

5. I understand that the grades I earn in graduate courses that I am taking as an undergraduate
will affect my undergraduate grade point average, my HOPE or Zell Miller grade point
average, and the grade point average used to determine if I qualify for honors at graduation. I
also understand that if I drop one of these courses, the W will count toward my 5 W limit as an
undergraduate.

6. I understand that if I do not immediately begin my graduate program after obtaining my
undergraduate degree, the same options to use this credit may not be available in the future.

Additional Double Bobcat Information

Deadlines to apply to a Double Bobcat Pathway are as follows:
- Summer and Fall admission: January 31
- Spring admission: September 15
Each pathway has program-specific requirements that must be met for admission.
Double Bobcat students must maintain at least a B average in all graduate courses and overall institutional average of at least 3.0 to remain in the program.
Lack of good standing in your undergraduate program will cause removal from your chosen Double Bobcat pathway.
Changing your undergraduate major may cause removal from your chosen Double Bobcat pathway.
