This form is intended to be used by individuals who have attended or applied within the last year. If it has been longer than one year since you have attended or applied, or you have never applied, please complete a full application for review.

Graduate New - You have earned at least a bachelors degree and are applying as a new graduate student to GCSU.

Graduate Non-Degree - You have already earned a bachelor's degree and want to take classes for a grade and credit (but do not plan to earn a degree at Georgia College)

Transient - You want to attend for GC for one semester while still being enrolled at your current university
